Getting to Walsall
Walsall Town Centre is well served by local public transport routes with access to a large number of local bus services as well as national coach and rail networks.
There are two main interchange points in Walsall Town Centre:
- St Pauls Bus Station
- Bradford Place
The following buses will get you to Walsall Town Centre:
- From Birmingham 51,935,997,X51
- From Dudley 311,311A,313
- From Lichfield 61,81,81A,991
- From Merry Hill 404H
- From Wolverhampton 333,529,908
Walsall Train Station is located within the Saddlers Shopping Centre with access also available from Station Street.

Parking
Walsall has over 3500 public use parking spaces spread across the town centre. For more information and a parking map please visit: www.walsall.gov.uk/car_parks
On Monday 28 November 2011 reduced parking charges came into force for a trial period of 3 months. You can now park all day for £3.00 at Ward Street and Dudley Street council operated car parks.
In addition 4 hour parking fees in off street council car parks have been reduced by £1.00 to £2.80.
Shopmobility
A temporary Shopmobility kiosk has been set up on the first floor of Tesco Walsall College Extra store, next to the travel agents. This is in place while Shopmobility prepares to move to its new home. Work has now started at the new site.
